| Notes: | Dec 24, 07 - Pity Julia Domna who had to witness one of her two sons murder the other one and then the murderer force her to not even grieve the loss and pretend it was all for the better. It's unclear how well she coped with this situation but somehow she managed to hold it together for another five years or so until her murderous son, Caracalla, met his own violent death. At this point she went off to an island and died.
Her coins are fairly plentiful and this one is in about average condition. Photo: D300/60mm f13 1/10s 12/23/07 |
