| Notes: | Mar 19, 09 - Constantinople was sacked by Crusaders in 1204 and subsequently a number of feifdoms were carved out of the region. This coin was minted during the time of Baldwin I (Crusader) but prior to 1221 parts of the region were handed to Boniface, Marquis of Montferrat.
