Notes:Jun 11, 10 - From the Sayles & Lavender newsletter dated June 4, 2010: The architectural type is mentioned by Price & Trell, Coins and Their Cities, p. 117/8 for the emperor Gallienus and the rarely seen Aemilian issue was noted by Imhoof-Blumer in Kleinasiatische Munzen, p. 30, no. 5. A specimen from the Wagner Collection, slightly better that this, sold at auction for $1,200 in 2008 against a $300 estimate.
