Default Experts opinion on Tetradrachm Philip ii -ΦΙΛΙΠΠ-ΟΥ

Please your opinion for this coin.
I have seen a lot of tetradrachms replicas and authentics , but nothing exactly like this one. Please take a close look at the letters - ΗΣΩ - (Greek letters : hita , sigma , omega) and the icon , between the horses front legs.
The coin is 24mm diameter.
Thank you in advance.
