Are these broadstrikes?
Hi I have found these coins and was wondering if any where broadstrikes or slightly off center.http://www.tantaluscoins.com/coins/36118.php I dont know if it worked, site is down.

I found an answer!
These are not broadstrikes. Broadstrikes go the whole circumference. It is an Offset Misalignment Strike, most not quite enough to have collector value. Refer to Alan Herberts Official Price Guide to Mint Errors for more info.
