Two separate crashes

Yesterday we had two separate incidents with the server, one at around midnight and another in the evening (both times Pacific USA). Not sure on what exactly happened other than the hoster said there was "emergency services needed" which affected a number of site. Outages in both cases resulted in downtime of several minutes up to a half hour or so.

I'm really sorry for any inconveniences caused our members!
