Default New coin type

Under "Coin type" , would it be possible to add "Token" ? I have a fairly large collection of the tokens from England. They were the source of small change before the official copper based coinage was issues, generally a half penny up to sixpence. This would also cover "notegeld" items also.

Totally agreed! Hey, but who am I? I seem to remember worldsofcoins site... where I stumbled upon your name. Greetings, Eric.

I use the "Medals" type for tokens. Not sure if it is an important distinction if you collect medals or tokens. I know that I have seen some dealers lump them together.

Bruce,
I agree with you there, but the description 'Token' is a bit vague. It should be clearly stated as 'Currency Token' to distinguish it from the special purpose tokens that are used for things such as paying bus, train,& subway fares.

Eric,we haven't seen you over on www.worldofcoins.eu (which I am now banned from) for a very long time.

Aidan.
