Odd behaviour of grids

I noticed today that when I tried to delete a grid cell from a custom grid, I was first presented with a confirmation dialog, then when I pressed OK to delete the cell, I was taken to a page with the text: "You pressed OK!" on it. The cell was not deleted. Looks like a slight problem. Not that I'm nagging! I'm very happy with the way the site works generally and with the feature set. Just pointing out an overlooked bit.

The grid still exits me back to the home page if I edit the caption on a cell too. Quirky but still usable.
