silver roman coin

Hello,

could you help me to identify this small roman silver coin, 13mm diameter. Nothing on the reverse except eventually a small central circle. I would like to know if it is a roman republic coin, and who could be the emperor (posibilities).

It is very small for a Roman. At 13mm it is more likely Greek. However, the visible bust on the obverse appears, at least ot me, to look more Roman than Greek. The reverse is too worn to be of any help. I lean towards Roman based on the bust but I am sorry I can't be of more help.

It looks to me like a Roman Republican Quinarius.

I took another look based on the quinarius suggestion. This is a possibility. I previously made an assumption that the obverse bust is wearing a helmet. That is not certain.

Another thought I had is Celtic imitation of a Greek coin.

I think Chip may be right, but it is hard to tell. It is a little small even for a quinarius, but it may have been clipped?
